Fish burgers in Thermomix

The good thing about these Fish burgers is that we are going to cook them in Thermomix, in the Varoma container. We will use the glass to chop the ingredients and to mix them. Then, without having to wash it, we will put water, a little white wine and a bay leaf. These ingredients will serve us to steam our hamburgers. You can see it all in the video.

I have used hake but you can use another fish. If it is frozen, you will only have to take it out the day before and let it defrost in the refrigerator. Drain it well before putting it in the glass because the weight indicated in the ingredients is fresh fish, without water and without bones.

When it comes to serving burgers, your creativity comes into play. What do you not have hamburger 'bread? Well, do as me and cut with the mold that we have used to form the hamburgers a few slices of loaf of bread. Another option is to serve them with a little rice, with potatoes or with any vegetable.

      Hello Maria!
They come out about 7 but it will depend on how thick you make them and the diameter of your mold. I don't know if you've ever seen the video ... it's at the end of the recipe and you can see how they are prepared and how I place the seven on the varoma tray and container.
On whether they can be frozen ... it depends on whether the fish is fresh. If it's fresh, yes, no problem. If it has been frozen previously, it is best not to freeze it again.
Thank you very much for following us and for your comment. A kiss!

Sorry for the double comment, it is that the first one was not published
If I want half, do I cut the ingredients in half?
    Many Thanks

That's right, Maria, cutting them in half is enough.
      A hug!
