Today, something easy but that will help us so that other dishes come out very well. In the next few days we will publish some delicious potatoes with clams and, to make them, we will need a fish soup as simple and rich as this one.
You can use it in rice (imagine a plenty of rice with this broth), to make a fideua and, of course, to enrich your stews. You have the option of freeze it in portions and use it when you need it.
Doing it is very simple and, as you can imagine, it is much healthier than the pills they sell. Now that we are in the month of good resolutions, I encourage you to try it.
Fish soup
We will make fish broth using vegetables, bones and fish heads. Using this broth as an ingredient, many other dishes will be delicious

Hello, I have made the recipe for the fish broth, and the water has overflowed. …… will it not be that you put less quantity?
Hi Caty,
It's weird… Did you program 100º or varoma temperature? In a few days I will redo the recipe to make sure I have not made a mistake when writing it.
Thanks for the warning.
Take care!
It came out delicious! Thanks for the recipe, I will repeat for sure!
How about this broth to make a soup?
Thank you
Do you have to put the butterfly?
No Encarna, it is not necessary.
Take care!
Good morning:
The water thing happened to me too. I could barely fit 1200 g and with that amount I was already well above the maximum line. Next time I will miss.
Thank you Amanda for sharing your experience. Sometimes it depends on the volume of the ingredients.
For safety, it is best not to exceed that line.
A hug!
The same thing happened to me as Caty and Amanda, the water overflowed.
Ayayay, sorry Agatha. I hope it didn't cause you too much disaster. I had no problem but I am going to correct the amount of water in the recipe so that it does not happen again.
Thanks for writing to us. A hug!!
Hello Ascen, I think the problem is that in step 1, when you add the vegetables you must chop it a little before sautéing.
In this way they lose volume and the water does not come out.
You're right, Miriam. I will correct it in the recipe.
A hug!
