Fresh salmon tartare

Fresh salmon tartare

This recipe for fresh salmon tartare It is one of the star recipes for Christmas starters. It is simple, it can be prepared in advance and it has a very smooth but enveloping flavor.

Perhaps there are people who back off the fact that salmon is eaten raw, that is, it does not have any cooking. But if we take the precaution of having frozen it at -18º for at least 48 hours there is nothing to worry about.

I like to accompany it with toasts or with toasted bread rusks.

I hope you like it!

This recipe is very rich, for my taste perhaps too 'pasty' to eat as a traditional tartare, however it is excellent on toast.

Hello Fani, indeed, the traditional tartare should be cut with a knife, however, there are people who do not like the texture of raw fish so much. Next time you can grind it for less time or at a lower speed ... but it is true that on toast it is a delight, eh? Thank you for your message!
