Fresh peach sauce

We start the week with a fantastic recipe to take advantage of the season's fruit. In addition, the fresh peach sauce can be used in various desserts.

The recipe is very simple, we just have to prepare the ingredients and blend. The result is a sauce with a rich peach smell that combines perfectly with ice cream, cheese, yogurt, and even roasted apples.

As I mentioned at the beginning, it is a recipe that allows us use and take advantage of the fruit of summer since in the same way as today we have made it with red peaches, it can be made with peaches, Paraguayans or white peaches.

Se preserve In the fridge for several days but for this you will have to store it in a hermetically sealed container.

This sauce can be used to accompany ice cream, yogurt or roasted apples.

Ingredients

• 300 g red peaches
• 60 g of sugar
• 60 g of water
• 25 g peach liqueur
• 1/2 lemon

Preparation

1. We wash and peel the peaches. We remove the bones and cut them into quarters. We put the pieces in the glass together with the sugar, water and peach liqueur.

2. We peel the lemon live, also removing the white skin and the seeds. We put it in the glass along with the rest of the ingredients.

3. We crush during 45 seconds, speed 9.

4. We remove to a sauce boat and serve. We can also reserve it in the covered fridge until it's time to use it.

Notes

With the amounts indicated, sauce is made for about 10 servings.
