Who doesn't like fried chicken wings? It is that they are a classic of our bars and our gastronomy, we love young and old. And, in addition, it is undoubtedly a very economical dish. They are a real delight.

Once they are fried, I always like to put salt and lemon on them. So I thought I would give them a more intense flavor by making a dressing made from salt, lemon, garlic and parsley and brush them with this dressing when removing them from the pan. These fried chicken wings with lemon, garlic and parsley dressing they are really amazing!

It is also a super easy and super fast dish. I recommend you buy good quality chicken and do not remove the skin, because that will make them juicier inside. Later, if you prefer not to eat the skin you can remove it once fried, but I already told you that if the chicken is good, eat the whole wing with its skin and everything is a delicacy 🙂

When you fry wings, I recommend using a deep pot so that it does not splash so much and the kitchen becomes less dirty. You can reuse an oil that you have already used to fry other things, because honestly the oil gets very dirty after frying the wings.
