In today's video you will see all the steps to follow to make these mini pizzas. First we will make the dough, in Thermomix. Then we will let it rise and we will take advantage of that time to make a simple tomato sauce.

When the dough is ready, we will shape our mini pizzas. What did we decide to cook them Baked? Well, we will put the tomato sauce on top before baking them. That we dare with the frying? Well, we will put the sauce on top once they are out of the pan.

La ketchup It has no mystery, although it does have some anchovies to give it a special touch. If you already have one at home homemade tomato sauce do not hesitate to use it to replace the one I propose.

Ingredients

For the mini pizzas:

  • 350 g of water
  • 10 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 600 g flour
  • 2 level teaspoons of salt
  • A splash of olive oil for the bowl

For the tomato sauce:

  • About 4 anchovies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes (about 400 g) peeled and cut into pieces
  • A pinch of salt (or nothing, because it already has the anchovies)
  • Some fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Plus:

  • Plentiful oil for frying (if we opt for that option)

Preparation

  1. We put in the glass 100 g of water, yeast and sugar. We program 2 minutes, 37º, speed 2.

  2. We add the flour, the salt and the rest of the water. We program 5 minutes, spike speed.

  3. We spread the oil in a bowl and put our dough in it. We shape it into a ball with our hands, cover it with film and let it rise for approximately 1 hour.

  4. Meanwhile we can make the tomato sauce.

  5. We put the garlic clove and olive oil in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. We schedule below 5 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  6. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, the chopped anchovies, the basil and the oregano. If we consider it necessary we can add a little salt. We program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  7. When the dough has risen, we make portions (the size that interests us) and we shape them into small pizzas.

  8. If we have decided to bake them, we will put them in one or two baking dishes, on baking paper. We will bake them at 200º for approximately 20 minutes (it will depend on the size that we have given to the minipizzas).

  9. If we choose to fry them, we will fry them in a pan or saucepan with plenty of oil for frying.

  10. In the event that we have fried them, we will put the sauce on them while they are still hot and we will serve them immediately.
