Since Ascen prepared us his empanadillas I have not been able to get them out of my head. So when I was preparing jam or similar things I always thought "this is very good for the Ascen dumplings" or "this has to be delicious with the dumplings". Hence the idea of developing a fruit filling for dumplings.
A few weeks ago I finally had a little free time to prepare your recipe and put it together with this simple fruit filling. The result is delicious, a crunchy dough accompanied by sweet taste of fruits.
We have liked them so much that since I did the test I have already prepared them several times. What I like the most is that they can transport No problem. You just have to put them in an airtight container and you can take them to the office or on a field trip. They are the perfect dessert or snack for these types of days because, in addition, they do not have to be kept cold and they are not sticky at all.
