Since the Christmas holidays are approaching and, therefore, a lot of meals where calories and fat are not looked at, today I propose to take care of ourselves a little with a very healthy and by the way show a way of cooking with our Thermomix to make several dishes at the same time. I present you a full menu for Thermomix that we will have ready in a little more than 25 minutes: Steamed salmon and vegetable consommé.
Surely those of you who are already veteran Thermomix users are well aware of the possibility that the invention of power offers us cook at various levels using the different accessories that it incorporates. In this case we will use the varoma and basket to cook more ingredients and make our dish as complete as possible. While in the glass a good broth is cooked with which we will later make the consommé, the potatoes and eggs are cooked in the basket and the salmon and vegetables in the varoma container.

If you want them to be more tender, you can remove the varoma tray that contains the fish once the time has passed and program 15 more minutes so that the vegetables are to your liking.
