Garlic mushrooms

Season mushrooms reaches its final stretch. Right now is when they are at a good price and you can enjoy them. I like to collect them, but with these cold temperatures I have not been able to avoid the temptation to buy my favorites, the chanterelles (o dumplings, o rovings) in the market.

I have made them with garlic, with a very simple recipe, which is ideal as Garrison or scrambled with an egg: delicious. As I have left over, I think I will also prepare a cream of mushrooms for dinner.

A very simple recipe to prepare mushrooms as a garnish. Delicious with chanterelles, rebollones or rovellones.

Ingredients

• 250 g of mushrooms (I have used chanterelles, but you can use any type of mushroom)
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 25 ml oil
• 25 ml dry white wine
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

1. We introduce the peeled garlic and the oil in the glass and crush during 5 seconds at speed 6.

2. Then we fry for 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.

3. We add the clean and chopped mushrooms (the small ones, I leave them whole), the wine and the salt and we program 20 minutes, Varoma temperature, spoon speed, left turn. With beaker.

4. And they are ready to serve.
