Season mushrooms reaches its final stretch. Right now is when they are at a good price and you can enjoy them. I like to collect them, but with these cold temperatures I have not been able to avoid the temptation to buy my favorites, the chanterelles (o dumplings, o rovings) in the market.
I have made them with garlic, with a very simple recipe, which is ideal as Garrison or scrambled with an egg: delicious. As I have left over, I think I will also prepare a cream of mushrooms for dinner.
