How about this week we take care of ourselves a little with a good plate of fish al steam? I assure you that you will love it. For this we will use the container varoma our Thermomix, so forgotten sometimes. Today I bring you one gilthead Catalan that will leave you speechless.

The gilthead is a blue Fish . low in fat quite employed in Diets hypocaloric due to its low calorie index. It contains between 2% and 5% fat and all that it contributes is healthy, especially the one already known worldwide omega 3 which prevents heart disease.

The dish is accompanied by a delicious sauce with a base of tomato sauce, olive oil and white wine. This will add a little more calories to the dish, but not much. It will be worth it. It is a matter of controlling yourself and not dipping the bream in sauce. It will be difficult for you not to do it since it is delicious.

We will take advantage of the steam cooking to use the second level of our varoma and make some potatoes steamed that will serve as garnish.

As you can see, the plate is the most complete. I hope that these types of recipes encourage you to take your varoma container out of the closet and use it more often, since as you can see, we can do several things at the same time. In this way, if you are creative, you can have lunch and dinner at the same time. That way we will save time and energy.
