    1.    Thermomix recipes said

The cous cous is just the accompaniment, you can put whatever you want: rice, cooked potato. I leave you a suggestion to cook the couscous: http://www.thermorecetas.com/2011/10/05/receta-thermomix-cous-cous-marroqui-con-pollo/

Yesterday I made this recipe and the truth is that it was delicious, very similar to Chinese chicken with almonds. Next time I'll try to put them on. Do not add ginger because I did not find. And the chicken I used was six boneless chicken thighs. Thanks for sharing the recipe because it is very simple and highly recommended

I'm very happy Ana, thank you very much. Next time, if you don't have fresh ginger, you can substitute a little powdered ginger instead. 🙂

Ana allows me to tell you that you have to put the butterfly before putting the chicken, because it makes a cake that is not palatable in sight. The flavor is great.

Hi Lola, maybe the chicken was cut too small and that's why it fell apart a bit. But I write it down on the recipe so people know. Thanks! All the best.

I made this chicken today and it was a hit! It's delicious! I added a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce and I used the butterfly!

Fantastic Pilar! I'm glad. Thanks for sharing it with us. A big hug 🙂

Why can you substitute soy sauce if you don't have it?

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Raquel, we always give ideas to substitute foods or ingredients, but I think that in this case the soy sauce does not have a substitute !! It has such a particular and original flavor that we can hardly substitute it for something else. Maybe another oriental teriyakki sauce ...
