La Cauliflower with Bechamel it is a classic in many kitchens. Lately I prepare it as I show you today: with tomato and a very light béchamel prepared with cornstarch and, therefore, suitable for coeliacs.
Made in this way, the béchamel is very clarita and the vegetable plate is not heavy.
La ketchup I use is passata or this other, without oil, which is prepared at home and has even more flavor. But you can use your favorite tomato sauce.
Cauliflower with gluten-free bechamel
We prepare the cauliflower with a clarita bechamel sauce and an oil-free tomato sauce. We thus turn the cauliflower with béchamel into a lighter dish.
