Long live the quick and easy recipes! And more when the result is as good as this recipe. Many times, grilling fish is a bit cumbersome because of the smell that remains in the kitchen and because of the oil splashes. So this time we have prepared it in the varoma ... really interesting !!

We have accompanied them with a mince of peppers and onion and we have seasoned them with garlic and parsley… and all without a drop of effort, we just have to let our thermomix work for us.

    I use the varoma container very little and I think it is a fantastic recipe, because the steamed fish is great and is very juicy. Anyway I see a problem and it is that the two golden ones do not fit at once. We will have to do one and then another. All the best.

      Thanks for your comment. Whether or not they fit in the container will depend on the size of the fish. In any case, you can always use the varoma tray (one place it in a container and the other in the tray).
