The perfect recipe !! I can assure you that this recipe is recipe 10. It occurred to me to make some mini you burguesas, cover them with guacamole (that we will recover the recipe we made in June) and crown them with Goat cheese. What a spectacular combination! The flavors melted ... what texture!

And also for the most kidsIf you want, you can delete the guacamole for them and do it only with the goat cheese. I really tell you, it is one of the recipes that I will remember all my life. Incredible mini burgers !!
And the best thing about this recipe is that you can make many mini hamburgers, you cook them in the pan and when they are cold, they freeze. Then you just have to defrost them, heat them in the microwave or in a pan and put the guacamole and goat cheese on top, which will remain with a very creamy texture from the heat.
