The truth is that you can't be easier. I assure you that the most difficult thing will be to chop the chicken because the rest of the recipe even a child could do it.

The most important thing is that the cake has a good seasoning. This time I have used oregano, paprika, garlic and onion powder. And of course, salt and pepper. Although you can also add your own touch with a little rosemary, thyme or sage.

The cream must be liquid but you can use both for mounting and cooking. I have used of cooking cream lactose-free because it doesn't have to have so much fat.

The chicken is covered with the cream and, on top, it has some tomato slices. Use one that be ripe so that it has more flavor. In my case I have used tomato salad but you can use anything from a pear tomato to an ox heart.

You can also use the cheese that you like the most. I have used a mozzarella cheese although it will also look good with an emmental or a gouda.

This recipe is made with lactose-free ingredients but, if you don't follow this special diet, you can use normal ingredients.

In addition, You can adapt it perfectly to the number of diners you want. You just have to multiply the amounts by 2 if you want a cake for 4 people or by 3 if you want it for 6.

It is also important that you use a suitable source. The reference is that the chicken has to cover the entire surface without having pieces piled up and without excess space.
