Gratin pasta

Today we have a very versatile video recipes. We can prepare it with macaroni or spaghetti, with pasta with tomato or with pesto, with meat or with tuna… they are all worth it. We propose it as harvest recipe to give a second chance to the pasta that we may have left over.

I have prepared it with 700 g of pasta already cooked (which is equivalent to about 320 g of uncooked pasta) but you can also make it with less quantity.

In the video you will see that I have used a casserole for baking. What do you not have? Well, use a source of Pyrex or any other material that resists the high temperatures of the oven.

Ingredients

• 30 g of butter and a little more for the saucepan or baking dish
• 50 g of Parmesan in pieces
• 400g milk
• 30 g flour
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• A little pepper
• 700 g of pasta already cooked

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 180 °.

2. We put the Parmesan in the glass and grate it by programming 10 seconds, speed 10. We take out the grated cheese and reserve it.

3. We put milk, flour, salt and pepper in the glass. We program 8 minutes, 90 °, speed 4.

4. Add the butter and 40 g of grated Parmesan. We program 20 seconds, speed 4.

5. We put the pasta in our saucepan or baking dish. On it we distribute the bechamel and mix.

6. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on the surface.

7. We bake at 180 ° for 25 or 30 minutes. If we have, we can also use the oven grill.
