If you have an aperitif, snack or dinner in the next few days, take note because this recipe may suit you: the greek crusted.

It is very, very easy to do. Carry filo pastry, cheese and oil or butter to brush the pasta sheets. The Thermomix does not work too much (it only grates the cheeses and mixes some ingredients) but the recipe itself does not have much else. 

To give you an idea, it would be like a Lasagna of slices of filo pastry and different types of grated cheese. What would be the béchamel we replace it with a mixture of milk, cream and eggs.

Caloric, I know, but great too. And nobody says that you have to take a lot of squares or that you have to prepare it every day. Maybe you know it because it is published in the book Simply spectacular.
