Guacamole with a touch of peach

Today we bring you a 10 recipe to surprise your guests with a delicious appetizer: guacamole with a touch of peach. We have used peaches in syrup because it is sweeter and it melts better. But we also tell you that we are in peach season, so if you prefer fresh it is a fabulous option too, the only consideration is that it is ripe so that it integrates well into the guacamole.

Ingredients

• 5 sprigs fresh coriander (leaves only)
• 100 g chives cut into quarters
• 3 slices of red chili without seeds (optional)
• 1 garlic clove
• 100 g of tomato cut into quarters
• 100 g of peaches in syrup cut in half
• 450 g of ripe avocado without bone or skin
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

1. Put the coriander in the glass and chop 3 seconds, speed 7.

2. Add the onion, chilies, garlic, tomato and peach and chop 5 seconds, speed 5. We remove to a bowl and reserve.

3. Put the avocados, lemon juice and salt in the glass, and chop 5 seconds, speed 4.

4. Add the reserved mixture and mix 5 seconds, speed 3.

   We plate as we like, accompany with nachos and enjoy!
