Today we are going to make two dishes in one. On the one hand, we are going to prepare a rich fish soup with vegetables, head and bone of hake to make the soup that I present to you today, and on the other hand, we are going to steam the hake in the varoma. I will present the recipe for hake to you soon, but I already tell you that it will be a very interesting option to eat fish on these hot days.

Delicious fish soup with mayonnaise accompanied by potato chips. A perfect, healthy and tasty starter.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 carrot in 3 pieces
  • 1 leek in 3 pieces
  • 500 g of bones and fish head (I used hake)
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1500 g of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 teaspoons of Mayonnaise
  • French fries chips

Preparation

  1. Put the onion, carrot, leek, fish bones and oil in the glass. Sauté programming 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  2. We add the water and salt and program 30 minutes, 100º, speed 1. (I took the opportunity to cook the hake loins during the first 15 minutes in the varoma).

  3. We strain the broth through the castle.

  4. Without washing the glass, we put the mayonnaise and, without setting time or temperature, we put the selector on speed 4 and we slowly pour the fish stock through the nozzle (WITH THE CUBILETTE ON), until there is a well-blended soup.

  5. We rectify salt.

  6. Serve in bowls and top with potato chips.

Notes

It is important that the soup does not heat up when it is being mixed with the mayonnaise, as this could cause curdling. [br]You can use purchased or homemade mayonnaise. [br]Although we have used hake, to make the soup you can use the fish that you like the most.

      Hello Chusalanza, we always drink it hot, but of course you can drink it cold, the only thing is that if it is very cold, the oil may stay a little dense on the surface when it cools, perhaps better over time. You will tell me. Thanks for writing to us!
