Hake with crunchy almonds and spices

This is one of those recipes that we can prepare in 5 minutesThe oven will take care of the rest. So when you don't have much time to cook, remember her. We are going to transform a simple hake tail into a plate of fish with a lot of flavor that the spices, like curry, and a great contrast of textures thanks to the almonds that we have put above. Tasty hake garnished with crunchy almonds and a touch of curry. It will take 5 minutes to assemble it and 15 to bake it.

Ingredients

  • 1 hake tail (approximately 500 g) open and without the central spine.
  • 50 g of toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup of parsley leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 large tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • a splash of olive oil
  • 50 g of margarine

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  2. Put the almonds, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, curry and paprika in the glass. We shred 5 seconds, speed 7.

  3. In a dish suitable for the oven, brush the bottom with olive oil, place the hake with the skin down. We sprinkle the lemon juice on top.

  4. We put a few pieces of margarine on top, so that the fish is well covered.

  5. We pour the mixture that we had in the glass on top so that it sticks well with the margarine to the fish.

  6. Bake 15 minutes at 180º. Ready to eat!
