Halloween pumpkin and cheesecake. An idea to give a different touch to the classic cheesecake by adding a seasonal ingredient. He is scared.

Ingredients

• 1 roll of Maria cookies
• 50 butter g
• 1 splash of white wine
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
• 300 g roasted pumpkin
• 500 g of whipped cheese 0% fat
• 200 g of cream 35% fat
• 200 g of sugar
• 3 eggs
• For decoration:
• 150 gr of chocolate fondant
• 80 butter g
• 80 g white chocolate

Preparation

1. To start, we roast a pumpkin. We cut it in half, place it on the oven tray and roast it with the oven preheated to 180º for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and empty. It will give us for the cake and for many more recipes (creams, purees ...)

2. We introduce the roll of cookies in the glass and we chop by programming 10 seconds at speed 5.

3. Add the melted butter, the drizzle of white wine and the cinnamon and mix by programming 15 seconds at speed 5.

4. We pour the mixture into a removable mold of about 24 cm in diameter and press well with our hands, making it very compact and sticking to the base of the mold. Let's refrigerate while we make the cream.

5. Pour the pumpkin, the whipped cheese, the cream and the sugar into the glass and mix by programming 1 minute at speed 5. While mixing, add the eggs one by one through the mouth.

6. We take the mold out of the fridge and add the mixture to it. We preheat the oven to 180º and bake for an hour. When the time is up, we leave the cake inside without opening the oven door. This way it won't sink. Once it is cold we put it in the fridge.

7. Once cold we decorate it. We put the chocolate fondant and butter in a bowl and put it in the microwave until it melts. We mix and cover the cake. The chocolate will not take long to solidify when the cake is cold. We also melt the white chocolate in the same way. We put the melted chocolate in a pastry bag and cut the tip so that the chocolate comes out very thin.

8. We make perpendicular lines on it and join the sections forming a spider web.
