I tried to make this recipe and it was a total failure: the dough was very sticky and I couldn't shape it… Any trick ??? Thanks.

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hi Melany, how sorry I am. From what you tell me, the problem must have been in the amount of flour. Depending on the brand of flour, it can absorb more or less water. So even if we put amounts, it may be that a little more or less water / flour is needed depending on the case. I recommend that next time you add more flour until you can work the dough comfortably and moisten your hands with olive oil because this will help you handle the dough more easily. I hope I have helped you and go ahead and prepare it again, okay? You'll tell me! A kiss and thanks for writing to us, pretty.

Hi, could you leave the brioches in the oven overnight and cook them early in the morning?

      1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello, overnight is too long for a slight dough at room temperature. We would run the risk that they would grow too large and collapse when not bearing the weight. If you want to leave it overnight, I recommend that you leave them in the fridge. Lucky! You will tell us. And thanks for writing us!

Hello Irene, I am new to the thermomix family and right now I have the spirals increasing in the oven. I want to try them.

I just took them out of the oven, I think they have fit me very well, I thought I had a lack of salt, I have not tried them because they are hot, I ratify it when my family thinks

Hi Irene, in the recipe you put flour without specifying the type ... Another time for brioche type pastries you need strength flour, would normal flour be worth it?

    Hola!
I'm going to do the salty and the sweet version. To make them with chocolate, do you recommend putting chocolate bar or nutella?
    Thank you!

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Marta, undoubtedly nutella because it would be a bit difficult for you to cut the spirals with the ounces of chocolate in a tablet 😉 thanks for writing us!

      1.    Marta said

ummm how delicious were the ham and cheese! have been a success!
the nutella ones were delicious but they have been drier.
I had a hard time making the dough shape.
        Thank you so much for the recipe!;

        1.    Irene Arcas said

How good Marta! The truth is that ham and cheese are a safe bet. Why do you say that the chocolate ones are dry? Does the dough dry? Perhaps with a few minutes less oven ... or more filling ... thank you for writing us and for preparing our recipes !!

          1.    Marta said

Hi there! I think it was from putting in more time than it should have. I put 3 trays. In a batch mix sweet and salty. The salty was just right and the sweet with a minute less I think it would have been better.
Here you can upload photos? For sending them to you.
Thanks to you for helping us so much !!

Good morning: I am new, and I have a question. My question is, if this same recipe can be made with the TM5
    Thank you

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Pepita, welcome to Thermorecetas! Yes, you can do it with your TM5 without problems following the same instructions. Let us know how they look on you! 😉

Hello, I would like to know if to make them salty I have to put that amount of sugar, thank you very much

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Yes, the same amount of sugar for the salty ones as for the sweet ones. The only thing that changes is the filling you put. To give you an idea, the salty ones would be like when you fill a croissant with ham and cheese. I hope you like them!!

  9.   Pillar said

Hello, how many spirals come out approximately? Thanks

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Pilar, because there are about 16 approximately, although it will always depend on the size that you give them clear 🙂
