Do you know the precooked cannelloni? In the video you will see how they are and how easy it is to prepare them. I like them because the pasta sheets do not have to be previously cooked as with traditional cannelloni ... they are already formed and we will only have to fill them using a pastry bag or a spoon.

Today we have made them Ham and cheese. It is a consistent dish ... Sunday, I would say. Prepare a good salad and you will have the food resolved.

If you can't find or don't have this type of cannelloni, use the usual ones, cooking them in advance. The steps to follow to prepare the filling and the bechamel They will be the ones you see in the video and the ones I write to you below.

Ingredients

For the cannelloni filling:

  • 200 g mozzarella in pieces (well drained from the whey)
  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • A little pepper
  • 150 g of ham cooked in cubes

For the bechamel:

  • 500g milk
  • 50 g flour
  • 20 butter g
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • Grated nutmeg

Plus:

  • Precooked cannelloni
  • Butter to spread the dish
  • Parmesan

Preparation

  1. We can start the recipe by grating the Parmesan cheese. We put it in the glass in pieces and we grate it in progressive speed 5-10. In the video I have skipped this step and grated the cheese at the end, with my favorite grater.

  2. Now we go with the filling. We put the mozzarella in the glass and program 5 seconds, speed 5.

  3. We add the ricotta, the eggs, the salt and the pepper. We program 30 seconds, speed 5.

  4. Add the diced ham and blend well with the spatula.

  5. We put this mixture in a bowl and cover with film or, directly, we put it in a pastry bag. We reserve in the fridge.

  6. We wash and dry the glass.

  7. To prepare the bechamel we put the milk, flour, butter, salt and grated nutmeg in the glass. We program 6 minutes and 30 seconds, 90º, speed 4.

  8. We prepare the oven-safe tray by smearing it with a little butter.

  9. We put a little bechamel on the base.

  10. We take the filling out of the refrigerator and, if we have not put it before, we put it in the pastry bag - in the video you will see a trick to make it easier for us. If we do not have a pastry bag, nothing happens, we can always fill them with a spoon.

  11. We are filling the cannelloni, as seen in the video, and placing them on the baking tray.

  12. When we have all the cannelloni filled we pour the bechamel that we have in the glass over them, trying to cover all the cannelloni.

  13. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 20 minutes.
