Hazelnut cookies

Preparation

1. We turn on the oven at 180º.

2. We put the hazelnuts in the glass and crush them by programming 4 seconds, speed 8.

3. Add the butter, cane sugar and white sugar. We program 20 seconds, speed 5 to mix it all up.

4. We add the eggs, the flour and the yeast. We program 20 seconds, speed 4.

5. If we make them with chocolate chips or chocolate drops, now is the time to add it. We mix during 10 seconds, with left turn and speed 3.

6. With your hands or with the help of two spoons we are making balls the size of a walnut. We put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. It is important that we leave a space of about 4 or 5 centimeters between them since, when they are baking, they will expand. We will have to do them in two batches because we do not fit in a tray.

7. If we choose to put Lacasitos or Smarties we can place them now, on the surface of the cookies and even inside when we are shaping them.

8. We put one of the trays in the oven. It will be in the oven at 180º for 10 or 12 minutes, until we see that they are golden. We take out that first batch and bake the other.

9. It is important that we let them cool before putting them on our presentation plate. If we take them hot they will break.
