It is a very easy salad that consists mainly of boiled potatoes, boiled egg, baby sprouts and smoked salmon (which you may have used for a starter these holidays). So we will have a plate ready in 25 minutes, healthy and to which we will give a touch of grace using nordic sauce, which we published last year that it is made with honey, mustard and dill and that it is perfect to accompany smoked fish.
