Indian style rice

I adore this recipe. It is one of my favorites. And I have to say that I owe it to my mother, who is the one who has taught me this recipe and who really embroiders it. She does it in a traditional way, cooking the rice over low heat with the pan covered. So I have created my own version adapted to the Thermomix, which although it is not exactly the same because of the way the rice is cooked, the taste and texture are delicious.

It's a basmati rice with all the aroma of spices such as garam masala, cardamom, coriander… and the crunchy touch of nuts… They make it a truly exotic and spectacular dish. Also this recipe is perfect for vegans and vegetarians.
