What a great idea, with what colacao is spent in my house. A question. How much flour is added because I think it does not put it ???? Thank you very much you are the milk

    1.    Ana Valdes said

It's 75g, Pili. I was wrong and I have put them as if they were made of sugar. Now I correct it. Thanks!

Hello. I have just seen several of your recipes, which I already have saved. The blog is very good. The homemade cola cao as it would be to do it traditionally, I do not have a thermomix. Greetings

hello, can it be made with cornstarch instead of flour?

    1.    Ana Valdes said

I don't recommend it, Conxita. The cornstarch is thicker than the flour, and I don't know how the final result would be when mixed with the milk. You can try, if you want, to put, instead of the flour, half the cornstarch and I think it will not be necessary to toast it. Try small amounts and if you get it right, you already have it. In reality, the substitutions and recipes is a matter of testing. If you do, please tell us. A hug!

What brand of chocolate do you recommend to make this recipe? I loved it!!!

Hi Mariola! I used Nestlé desserts, but you can use any brand of icing chocolate or dessert chocolate. A hug and thanks for writing us!

? Do not think that this recipe or mixture of products contains too much sugar and the result is a lower amount of cocoa, which already in the original tablet surely does not have more than 50/60 percent cocoa ... the result of this mixture would not be more than 10,2% cocoa? Greetings …… Jorge G.

    1.    Ana Valdes said

No, I don't think it has too much sugar. And I don't see a problem with the percentage of cocoa either. Greetings.

Hi, Tony. Very good for adapting the recipe to your tastes. That is the advantage of homemade products. A hug!

Hello, I wanted to ask you if the chocolate is in a tablet. I bought the one from Nestle but md it sucks to put the turbo. Thanks

    1.    Ana Valdes said

Yes, it is tablet. Don't be afraid of the turbo, Marina. It can with everything. A kiss!

Hi Ana, the idea seemed great to me and I just did it. It is almost white. You too? Doesn't it have a lot of sugar and flour? Thanks

        1.    Irene Arcas said

No, it was as you see in the photo. I guess it depends on the type of chocolate, I used Nestlé Desserts. Regarding flour and sugar, the commercial Cola Cao contains a lot of flour and sugar, among other things. Anyway, you can try a smaller quantity and adapt it to your liking. A hug!

I made it without sugar, with the mercadona coverage chocolate and other ingredients and it turned out great. Then I added sweetener to my cup.

Can you substitute oatmeal flour for flour? And if the answer is yes, would we also have to toast it?
