Milk cream, cocoa, hazelnuts and sugar

This cream is almost identical to Nocilla and Nutella, but richer, especially because it is home.

The original recipe (from the book "The recipes of our presenters") has more of hazelnuts, but I have done it several times and until my daughters have not given me the approval I have not stopped reducing the amount of hazelnuts, until leaving them in a quarter.

I recommend doing it from one day to the next, because according to what we do, it is very liquid and hot. I usually do it in the afternoon and I don't use it until the afternoon of the next day. So the best thing is to put it in a glass jar, close it hermetically and store it in the refrigerator so that you can acquire the perfect consistency.

For me, it is delicious with any amount of hazelnuts and spread on cookies or in milk bread, is the best of the snacks.

    Congratulations!!

Mmmmm… how delicious !!!! and above improved by your daughters! I tried it a few months ago and it caused a sensation that it was homemade because it was just as good and lasts a long time in the fridge.
I have not done it again, it does not suit me much ... hahahaha ...

A good way to make a chocolate cream, which, in addition to looking well for gluten-free ingredients, can be perfectly suitable for coeliacs ... sweets.

How long is it kept? In the fridge?

    Thank you very much

    1.    Elena said

Laura, it lasts two or three weeks for me and it's perfect, always kept in the fridge.

  6.   Begoña said

Hi, it looks great. Could you tell me how long it can be kept, and which container is the most appropriate. Thank you very much, and excuse my ignorance.

    1.    Elena said

Begoña, it lasts a couple of weeks for me, which is how long it takes us to eat it and I keep it in the fridge. As you can see in the photo, I keep it in tightly closed glass jars. All the best.

  7.   Laura said

I follow your blog, it's great, really; I would like to ask you the hazelnuts, do you toast them? Congratulations and greetings

    1.    Elena said

Laura, I buy them toast, but you can toast them in the oven. All the best.

I agree with you, it is a fabulous cream, and like you, I have modified it until we liked it at home, except that I put less sugar and sunflower oil, and I substitute 70% chocolate for white chocolate. The good thing about this recipe is that it admits the changes you want to leave it to your liking. CONGRATULATIONS

  9.   carmen said

I have been doing it since I was a presenter but I did not make white chocolate, 2 years yaaaaaaaaaaa but thisaaaa buuuuueeeeeniiiiiisiiiiiiiimaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,

My kids are going to love it
    Thank you

Elena, I keep it in the fridge and it lasts for a couple of weeks. In that time it disappears. Hope you like. All the best.

I want to do it, I love the nocilla, but I will do half because I am able to finish it in a week.
    All the best

Thanks for this recipe. My kids sure love it.
About chocolate, I have a question. Is there a way to get the themomix to "make" chocolate chips? It's just that I always go by and it gets dusty ...

    1.    Silvia said

You will surely love this recipe because there is no child who does not like it.
I see it a bit complicated about the chocolate chips, because the round shape is impossible, but you must try to crush them little by little, put 2 seconds speed 3 and you see increasing time and speed until it is as you wish.

  16.   MonicaG said

If your daughters have passed it, then I have more than enough reason to try it. Although I think that, as someone has commented, I will do without the white chocolate. I also have my little one, who is a 100% chocolate maker, but yes, the blacker and more bitter, the better. I do it and I tell you. Thank you very much for your recipe.

I would like you to clarify to me what kind of hazelnuts it contains. In some places peanuts are called hazelnuts and in others they are Cordovan hazelnuts (those that look like smaller chestnuts)

    1.    Elena said

I thought that everywhere they were called the same, but from what you tell me they are Cordovan hazelnuts. I hope you like it. All the best.

SUGGESTION: DO NOT PUT SUGAR, It is not necessary, with the chocolate itself is enough. I love the nocilla, I am diabetic and I did not add sugar, it was goodiiiiiiijima. I allow myself few pastry whims and this one was tempting, I tried it and the rest of the cream I gave it to my friends.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORK WITH THIS BLOG.

    1.    Elena said

Thank you very much for seeing us, Argentina. I'm glad you like our recipes. Greetings and thanks for the suggestion not to add sugar. I will try it.

Hello, I finally find someone who has the same problem as me, well my husband is diabetic and I don't know how to make a lot of sweets and especially cakes, what kind of sugar or sweetener I can put, there are no recipes for diabetics and the poor guy doesn't He can eat the sweets and I don't do it much so he doesn't feel like it All the best

  19.   antovillen said

Thank you very much for the clarification. I will try it. But you may also try the others to see what comes out. Of course, I will make less quantity just in case. I love cooking and since my wife has less time than I do (which is to say), it is almost always I who ventures into new things and many of them are what you propose to us. Greetings and congratulations on your recipes. I'll keep testing them.

Hi there! thanks for this blog and facebook page, it's great!
I am new with the thermomix, but… I love it! And just the nutella I have already tried ... I also modify it a little, I put more hazelnuts (150 grams) since when looking at the ingredients I have seen that it is the difference between the nocilla and the nutella. The nutella is 14 percent hazelnuts and the nutella only 4 or so. Then I add a little less sugar (100 grams), less oil (60 grams) and less milk (150 grams)… and fantastic!

Thanks again for this blog that from now on I will continue!

    1.    Silvia said

Thank you very much to you for your suggestion and in reality this is the good thing that each one adapts the recipes to the taste of their family.
      All the best

  21.   Xavier said

I put my first comment since I have already made two recipes and I want to send you my impressions.
I have recently had the Thermomix and I receive and read all your recipes.

This was the first one I did and it was simple and with a splendid result. The only downside has been not to finish with what was prepared to end the one I had bought and the result has been that it has flourished. Surely he should have left it in the fridge. Otherwise great and very good. The little ones in the house loved it. The older ones too.

    Regards,
    Xavier

    1.    Elena said

I'm glad you liked it, Xavier. If it is going to take time to consume, it must be stored in the refrigerator. Greetings and thank you very much for seeing us.

Hello I really like this to share the recipes. I have only made the nocilla once with the recipe that comes in the book and for my taste there was plenty of oil. I want to repeat it again with less oil or I have also thought about replacing it with butter. I'll tell you about it.

    1.    Elena said

What a good idea! You'll tell me how. All the best.

  23.   Carmen said

I have made this cream, and we liked it a lot, but I wanted to ask you how I could
make it so that it would come out white, because I want to make it to my son's girlfriend
which has suggested it to me. I am very grateful for your help.

    1.    Elena said

Hello Carmen, you have to make it with all the amount of chocolate, just white. It is sure to be delicious. All the best.

  24.   Easter said

Mmmmmmm, what a goodiiiiiisima looks that creamy spread on the cookies ... I'm looking forward to making it, I also choose to put a few hazelnuts, I like the nutella more than the nutella ..
One question ... do you think that if I put the skimmed milk it will come out the same as if I put it whole ...? (I don't like the taste of milk) from time to time the recipes have not come out the same, especially custards or bread. calatrava ... did not curdle !! many graaaaacias

    1.    Elena said

Hello Pascual, I think it will suit you very well. You will tell me if you do it. All the best.

Can it be made with brown sugar ??.
Next Wednesday a group of moms from school meet at home to prepare it for each of us while the children play (P4). A mom asks me if she can put brown sugar and I don't know. Have you tried it like this? I have read a comment that without sugar is also very good ... what do you advise us?
I am a fan of the Thermomix and I have tried almost everything… we lack the cocoa cream .. to liven up the afternoon we have decided that the music that will accompany us will be the last version of Bisbal of the Nocilla announcement, I do not know if you have heard it ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuvAgDx7V6E
interesting ... everything so that the meeting is fun and enjoyable and, each one leaves the house, with a huge volume of Nocilla (or Nutella) for their children .... Thank you !! Natalie

    1.    Elena said

Hello Natàlia, I have not tried it but it sure is very tasty. I think it can be a very good variation of the recipe. The best thing is that you do it in both ways and thus you can compare which is the richest. You will tell me how everything turns out. All the best.

  26.   Natàlia said

Elena, we will try it in both ways, it seems like a good proposal and we will see how ... how we will do a lot (we are 8 mothers) if the mother who wants to prepare it with brown sugar does not quite like it, among all we will give her a part ... next week I'll tell you how it turned out. Thanks. Natalie

    1.    Elena said

You'll tell me how are you, Natàlia. All the best.

Hi there! Very good, nothing to envy to the original nocilla. I have put 50g. hazelnuts and a little less sugar and oil and great !! (With the 50 hazelnuts it seems to me that it is very good because it already gives it a lot of flavor). Thanks!

    1.    Elena said

I'm glad you liked it, Mila! All the best.

For me the exact measurements, this morning I did it and put it in the fridge to leave it for tomorrow, because I had to take it away from my husband because he had eaten half a pot by spoonfuls hahaha this is vicious.

    1.    Elena said

Hello Agnes, it happens to me that I like the most is spoonfuls. How rich !.

  29.   Rakel said

Hello girls I made the recipe to take it to my brothers and they have been behind me for 2 weeks so that I can make them again hahahahaha, I just wanted to ask you something and that is what kind of hazelnuts do you put it because I was in the market and there were only the American ones and it was the I put it on them but I don't like it too much, that's why I haven't done it yet, although I have no choice but to start doing it right now hahaha, ah and of course I'm going to try with only white chocolate that I love, kisses

    1.    Elena said

Hello Rakel, I am very happy that you liked it. I use toasted hazelnuts and I usually buy them at Carrefour. All the best.
