Creamy rice with rum with zucchini, prawns and rosemary

Un sweet rice with zucchini and prawns, flavored with rum and rosemary. A great combination of aromas and flavors thanks to rum and rosemary. It's really easy to do, and inexpensive, so sign up to do it this week!

We have used rum, but you can change it for whiskey, for example, sweet, dry wines ... anyway ... any alcoholic drink or liquor that you have at home.

As an indication I will tell you that for the thermomix, if we want a sweet rice, we have to add broth 3 times the amount of rice and if what we want is a Soup rice this ratio will be 4 times. This is indicative, but it can serve as a reference.

Ingredients

• 300 g of zucchini
• 200 g of tomato paste
• 200 g of yellow and red peppers (or whichever you like the most)
• 100 g of peeled prawns (can be defrosted)
• a dessert-size teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary
• 100 g leek
• 100 g olive oil
• 300 g of round rice
• 100 g of rum
• 1000 g vegetable / chicken / fish broth
• salt to taste

Preparation

1. We put the oil, the peppers, the crushed tomato, the rosemary, the leek and a pinch of salt in the glass. We shred 4 seconds, speed 5. Then we program 12 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed.

2. We add the zucchini in large pieces and the rice. We cook 2 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1, left turn. We add the rum and program 1 minute, temperature 100º, speed 1, turn to the left. 

3. We add the broth and program 18 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed, left turn. When there are 10 minutes left, add the prawns through the jar. We correct salt.
