Hot chocolate (basic recipe)

Who can resist a good hot chocolate accompanied by some Churros? Is he breakfast y picnic ideal. Obviously not to take it every day. But with this cold that we have been suffering lately, I feel wonderful one afternoon or another.

Here I bring you the classic recipe From the chocolate to the cup that we will have ready in less than 15 minutes. A very recipe tailored with few ingredients that we surely have at home.

It goes without saying that the best accompaniment to hot chocolate is churros. Surely you know that with Thermomix we can have them ready in a moment. In this way, the pleasure will be complete.

Ingredients

• 400 g of chocolate fondant
• 1500 g whole milk
• 60 g cornstarch (optional)
• 80 g sugar (optional)
• 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

1. We place the chocolate in the glass and we chop it by programming 30 seconds at speed 5-10.

2. Add the milk, cornstarch, sugar and salt and cook by programming 12 minutes, temperature 90º and speed 2.

3. We beat programming 20 seconds at speed 4.

4. We serve.
