4. We heat the oven to 200° with heat up and down. Prepare the capsules for the muffins, if we think they expand too much when adding the dough, we can place them 3 by 3. Fill the capsules without reaching the top, since when baked they will rise a bit.

5. We put them in the center of the oven between 10 to 12 minutes. We take them out and let them cool.
