I know the look of these intestines for breakfast/snack It's not very appetizing but I guess that's the point. If you are thinking of celebrating Halloween, you will surely succeed with this brioche bread.

The red and shiny part is nothing more than a strawberry syrup Very simple that is prepared in four minutes.

To elaborate the brioche bread We will have to respect the rising times. Otherwise, it's not complicated either.

Ideal as breakfast or snack if you want to surprise with something... different and terrifying. Especially because, although it may not seem like it, he is very rich.

Ingredients

For the mass:

  • 500 g flour
  • 15 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 15 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g whole milk
  • 5 g of salt
  • 150 g soft butter, cut into pieces

For the strawberry syrup:

  • 125 g of sugar
  • 125 g of strawberry jam
  • 25 g of water
  • A splash of lemon juice

Preparation

  1. We put the flour, yeast, sugar, four eggs and milk in the glass. We program 1 minute, spike speed.

  2. We add the salt and butter. We program 2 minutes, spike speed.

  3. We let the dough rest in the glass for about 30 or 40 minutes.

  4. Grease an oven-safe mold with butter.

  5. To make it easier for us, we divide the dough into two portions and roll each one out with the rolling pin. They don't have to be very thin, between 0,5 and 1 centimeter thick is enough.

  6. We cut strips and place them in the dish, rolling them to achieve the effect seen in the photo. If we fill the pan and we have leftover dough, we can use it to make some buns.

  7. We let it take another half hour.

  8. We bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 20 minutes.

  9. While it is baking we are going to prepare the syrup. We put the sugar, jam, water and lemon juice in the clean glass. We program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 6.

  10. When the brioche bread is cooked, we will take it out of the oven and paint it with the syrup we just prepared.
