Mummy cookies for Halloween

Preparation

1. We put the sugar in the glass and pulverize it by programming 10 seconds, speed 7.

2. We incorporate the rest of the ingredients, that is, the flour, butter, egg, yolk, honey, vanilla, cocoa and salt. We program 15 seconds, speed 4 1/2.

3. We remove the dough from the glass and wrap it in transparent film. We put it in the refrigerator where it will be approximately 1 hour so that it hardens and then we can make the dolls more easily.

4. After that hour we stretch the dough with a rolling pin, helping ourselves with a little flour so that it does not stick to us, neither to the work table nor to the rolling pin.

5. We make the little men with the pasta cutter, put them on the baking tray (which we will have covered before with baking paper) and cook our cookies at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 15 minutes.

6. When the cookies are cold we prepare the decoration.

7. We make the eyes with two balls of white fondant and putting what will be the pupil with a bit of black fondant, a piece of chocolate or even a tiny piece of cookie.

8. We stretch the fondant with the roller and cut it into strips, as if it were a bandage. For me to have a more bandage effect, once the dough was stretched, I put a real bandage on the fondant and passed the roller over it, in order to mark the drawing.

9. Brush the cookie with a little water (this is how the fondant adheres) and place the bandages on the cookie, only on the top. With a small knife we ​​cut the fondant that is left over on the sides.
