The other day I had some grilled chicken breasts to eat and wanted a different side. Since we love instant mashed potatoes, I decided to puree, but this time home and with a different touch.

This recipe is very easy and the touch of Parmesan It gives it a very very rich Italian touch. You will see how comfortable it is to make and how it will brighten up our simplest dishes. And I already tell you that for children, the touch of cheese is going to be a great delicacy.

Soft homemade puree that will serve as a companion to a multitude of dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes to cook peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 350g milk
  • 30 butter g
  • 30 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

  1. We put the butterfly on the blades. We add the potatoes, milk and salt. We program 25 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1. (If we see that the milk is boiling too hard and can come out of the nozzle, we reduce the temperature to 90º).

  2. Add the butter, Parmesan cheese and oregano and mix 30 seconds, speed 3.

  3. Serve immediately.
