Lady kisses

lady-kisses

The lady kisses (Lady's Kisses) are small sweets that have their origin in the Italian region of Piedmont.

I didn't know them but when I tried one I couldn't help but remember you. You will see how rich. The ingredients are very simple: hazelnuts (although they can be substituted for almonds), sugar, butter and flour. What we can vary according to our tastes are the quantities: if you like the intense flavor of hazelnut, try today's recipe. If you prefer them softer, add more flour and reduce the hazelnuts a little.

The first time I made them with peeled hazelnuts and they were whiter and with a softer texture than the ones you see in the photo. Also in this you can make your variations.

About the filling, mine are chocolate but I have to try it with milk cream, cocoa, hazelnuts and sugar. I am wishing.

        Hello Rosa Maria,
I regularly follow your recipes and many are great. As for example this one of the lady kisses.
On many occasions I have wanted to save them as a simple file, either pdf or word. I give it to print and I get the recipe reduced to size for the printer, but I don't want to print it, just save it, and it won't let me. It would be great to be able to rescue that printer format so that it can be saved as a file. Maybe I am doing something wrong, because I am not very skilled with computer science.
        Thanks and best regards

          Hi Chipi,
I am Ascen. Currently we are 4 girls who work on the blog: Irene, Mayra, Ana and me. In this case, I answer that I am the one who has published the lady kisses.
Of course you can save it in pdf! I explain how. Once you are in the recipe, at the top you will see several buttons: Share it on facebook, tweet it, g + and another gray button with a +. Well, if you hit that +, other buttons will appear. One of them is Print it. When you click on that Print it button, another screen will open that gives you the option to save it in pdf (you will see it in a button above).
I hope I have explained myself well. Written like this it seems complicated but you will see that it is very simple.
          Thanks for following us!
          A hug

            Hello Ascen,
I have followed your instructions and the download in pdf file has worked the first. Surely now I keep many more recipes.
            Keep up the good work.
            Cheers at four

Sorry, the previous comment was intended for Irene Thermorecetas. I already said I wasn't very computer savvy.
