Lemon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preparation

1. We put the lemon peel in the glass (only the yellow part). We grate it for a few seconds in progressive speed 5-10. We take it out and reserve it.

2. We fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the butter and sugar in the glass. We program 3 minutes, speed 2.

3. Add the eggs, the grated lemon peel and the juice. We program 3 minutes, speed 3.

4. We remove the butterfly. Add the flour, yeast and salt. We program 1 minute, spike speed.

5. Add the chocolate chips and mix others 15 seconds in spike speed.

6. We take portions of dough of about 20 g and we form balls with our hands. We put them on a baking tray, on baking paper. Squash the balls lightly with your hands.

7. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 15 minutes. When they are done, we turn off the oven and leave the cookies inside. That way they will be crispy later.
