Ingredients

• 200 g of canned tuna (natural or in oil)
• 4 lemons
• 100 g of mascarpone cheese
• 60 butter g
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 30 g of peeled pistachios
• 4 sprigs of chives
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper

Preparation

1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator. We will need it at room temperature.

2. Wash the lemons very well, cut them in half and extract the pulp.

3. Put the tuna, butter, mascarpone, lemon juice, pepper and salt in the glass. Shred for 15 seconds at speed 7.

4. Add the pistachios and chives. Program 5 seconds, speed 5.

5. Fill the lemons with the pate and put it in the freezer for at least an hour.

6. Cut into slices when serving.
