A fantastic dinner! Today I bring you avocado boats, a recipe for a very colorful and simple starter or dinner, which we prepare in just 15 minutes. We can complete it with a delicious steamed monkfish with tomato peppermint o lemon hake with topping.
The only more laborious part is to empty the avocados one by one carefully so that the peel is not damaged, since it will be the support of our boats. And the only downside is that it cannot be prepared too far in advance because avocado tends to oxidize, although lemon will protect it for a few minutes.
