Light vegetable cream, a recipe of use

With the end of the holidays comes the desire to take advantage of the ingredients that we have left over and the intention of eating healthy. Today's recipe combines both ideals: we propose a healthy and light cream made with the vegetables we have at home.

I have put green beans, cauliflower, leek, celery and even a little apple. But you can play with other vegetables like zucchini, pumpkin, carrot…. You just have to bear in mind that all your vegetables, once clean, must weigh 700 grams. In the ingredients I will put the one that I have used, even with its weights, but the idea is that you modify it to your liking.

You can accompany your cream with a few pieces of toast or with some seeds.
