Lime and lemon ice cream

Es the best remedy against all evils. The heat disappears, the work becomes more bearable and it is even capable of transporting you to a paradisiacal beach. So are these ice creams... almost magical.

With some simple ingredients and in less than 5 minutes you will have the base for this lime and lemon ice cream. You just have to have a little patience for them to freeze. Will you be able to wait?

Ingredients

• 200 g of condensed milk
• 200g milk
• The lemon juice of 1
• The juice of 2 limes
• 5 g of sugar

Preparation

1. We squeeze the limes and the lemon. We pour the filtered juice into the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30 seconds, speed 3.

2. We fill the molds with the cream and put them in the freezer. After 30 minutes we can carefully insert the stick. Leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, although it depends a bit on the size of the molds. The little ones will take less time to freeze.

Notes

The number of units will depend on the size of the molds. You can use different sizes, so you will have ice cream for all occasions.
