To make this strudel it is not worth buying a ready-made dough. Our kitchen robot mix and knead the ingredients in a minute. As you can see in the video, you will not even need to wash the glass to continue with the recipe.

Inside we are going to put cookies, mango, raisins… You don't have a handle? Replace it with another fruit. You already know that the apple, in this type of recipes, always looks good.

You can have it cold or fresh from the oven, with a scoop of cream or vanilla ice cream is a delight.

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 80 g of sunflower oil
  • 50 g of white wine
  • 50 g of water
  • 50 g of sugar and about 20 grams more for later
  • 60 g of biscuits
  • 20 g of breadcrumbs
  • 20 butter g
  • The pulp of 1 mango
  • 60 g raisins without seeds
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

  1. We put the raisins to soak, with a little water.

  2. We put the flour, oil, wine, water and sugar in the glass. We program 1 minute, spike speed. We put the dough on the counter and form a ball with it. We reserve it.

  3. Without having to wash the glass, we put the cookies in it and program 3 seconds, speed 7.

  4. We add the breadcrumbs and butter. We program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 1. We put the mixture in a bowl.

  5. We place the dough between two sheets of greaseproof paper. We spread it with a roller so that it is as seen in the video. We remove the paper that is on top.

  6. We distribute the cookie dough on our dough. We put the mango pulp on top, in pieces. We distribute the raisins, drained and sprinkle everything with a little sugar.

  7. We shape the strudel, helping us with the baking paper. We put it on the tray.

  8. We paint the surface with the egg yolk and make some cuts with the knife.

  9. Bake at 180º for 45 minutes.
