This exotic recipe made with marinated chicken and a delicious sweet and sour sauce of grapes will be perfect as a main dish. Ideal to accompany cous cous or flavored rice.

Ingredients

To marinate the chicken:

• 350 g of chicken cut up with bone
• 1/2 lemon zest
• 30 g olive oil
• 1/2 bucket of water
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon curry
• a pinch of chili powder or hot paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon dried (or fresh) mint

To cook the chicken:

• 100 g onion
• 40 g oil
• 10 red grapes, halved, pitted
• Marinated chicken
• The broth from the marinade and chicken broth to make up 300 g

Preparation

1. A few hours before we put the chicken to marinate. To do this, we put all the ingredients in the glass except the chicken and crush 6 seconds, speed 7.

2. We pour this marinade over the chicken and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours (better for 12 to 24 hours).

3. We put the onion and oil in the glass and program 5 seconds, speed 4.

4. Then we cook 8 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed.

5. Now add the chicken and program 8 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed, left turn.

6. We add the chicken broth with the marinade and program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed, left turn.

7. When there are 5 minutes left, we add the grapes through the bottle (it is not necessary to stop the machine).

8. Serve with couscous or flavored rice.
