Marine fideuá

How I like to make fideuá! I think it's a fantastic recipe because of how easy it is and how rich it is. It is also perfect for freeze and to take it in a tupperware for the following days.

We already had one on our website fideuá with chicken and that's why I wanted to show you another way to prepare it, marine style, with a rich stock of shellfish. You will see how simple.

    Seriously you can freeze ...?

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hi Penelope, it can actually be frozen, after all it's pasta (like cannelloni, lasagna…).

I think it is a great recipe but I am concerned about the idea of adding the shellfish "to the sides of the blades", it seems impossible to prevent everything from being crushed,
how do you do it ?.
Thank you, best regards from Tel Aviv.

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Do not worry Pilar, keep in mind that it goes at speed 1 so they will not be crushed. It is more aimed at having nothing left on top of the blades and everything falls to the sides so that it cooks well. Lucky!

Hello, I love the recipes that you propose, they are easy and very varied. I have made the fideua for 2 people with half the ingredients but it has become very dry like a pasta, should I put more broth next time or less time? It could be because of the brand of the fideuas that comes out more or less dry?

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Yes, many times it depends on the brand (I think I used Gallo)… did they come out dry directly from the machine or was it when resting? I tell you because when resting it sucks a lot of liquid and it usually stays dry. But come on, it's as easy as adding a little more liquid the next time you prepare it. Taste good? Thanks for your comment!

I do not understand when you put: At the end of the time »a moment the varoma container»
    What do you mean?

    1.    Ascend said

      Hello Julia,
The word is missing we remove ... you have to remove the varoma container for a moment to add the noodles.
Thanks for letting us know! We will correct it.
      Kisses

Thanks Ascen! Indeed, the word "we remove" was missing, it has already been corrected.

Tomorrow I will do it without a doubt !!!
a dudilla… I really like the flavor of when you cook the shrimp shells with water in the thermomix, it gives a seafood flavor that drives me crazy !! Can I add that broth instead of the fish broth? I don't like prepared broths, nothing at all ... That broth was used by my daddy for paellas, and it gave them a flavor .. Ñan, ñan ...
Thank you and a thousand thanks for your recipes !!! you do a job of 10 !! THANK YOU

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Of course Rebbe !! I do it like this, I make my fish stock with the shells of raw prawns or prawns. It is true that it gives it a flavor… without equal. What's more, I make a lot of it and keep it in glass jars in the freezer. So when I want to make a fideuá or a seafood rice with broth, I have already done it. Thank you for writing us and for following us !! A beautiful kiss.
