Jam crown cake

I have prepared a video to show you how to make a jam cake different from the usual ones. The dough is already different: it is much more compact, like a cookie dough, which will allow us to stretch it and make the cuts seen in the video (minute 2:19).

Even so, the dough is soft and combines perfectly with the flavor of the jam. We will use a large mold, about 26 centimeters in diameter, but we will get a dessert in the shape of a ring or crown that will even allow us to place fresh fruit inside.

On the jam ... use the one you like the most, homemade or bought. Mine was from blueberries But you can use strawberry, apricot, orange, tangerine… With all of them it will look good.
