This is our proposal for today's snack: some sweet dumplings stuffed with strawberry jam. Try them because you will love them.

We will prepare the dough in a Thermomix, in a very short time, because all we will do is put the ingredients in the glass and put the machine on spike speed. Then we will let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour to, later, shape the dumplings.

In this case we have filled them in with homemade strawberry jam but you can use jam of another flavor and even angel hair.

Delicious dumplings made with a butter dough and filled with strawberry jam.

Ingredients

  • 250g flour and a little more for later
  • 100 butter g
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 40g milk
  • 15 g honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 g yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 16 tablespoons of strawberry jam

Preparation

  1. We put the 250 g of flour, butter, sugar, milk, skin, salt, yeast and egg in the glass. We program 1 minute, spike speed.

  2. We take the dough out of the glass and wrap it in film. We reserve it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. After that time we take the dough out of the refrigerator. We spread a sheet of greaseproof paper on the table and sprinkle a little flour on it. We also put flour on the dough and spread it with a rolling pin.

  4. The dough spreads very well if we put a little flour both on the base and on the surface, when rolling it out.

  5. Once extended, we use a round pasta cutter of about 7 centimeters in diameter to cut the dumplings. Once we have the circles cut we put a teaspoon of jam in the center of each of them and close them in the shape of a dumpling.

  6. We seal the edges well with a fork or finger, as we prefer.

  7. We bake in an oven preheated to 180º for about 15 minutes.
