This meat roll is one of the classics in my house. We really like the spicy flavor that give the sauces and it is also very easy to make.
Of the last times I prepared it was for a picnic with the family. Each one had something to put everything in common at mealtime. I remember the nephews and they were very funny that I had the hard-boiled egg in the center and without realizing it they ate it whole!
It's a good second course which can be completed with a salad, a puree or a vegetable cream for first and a fruit for dessert.
As I mentioned before is quick and easy to prepare, it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. But you have to take into account the baking time and the cooling time. So I usually prepare at night so the next morning I just have to unmold and ready to eat!

It is usually taken cold, although hot is also good.
Do not worry about the meat, with the baking it is well done. Anyway, if you like very pasty meats, you have to be careful to make the roll as thin as possible. Obviously it will be longer but this way you will get it to be well baked.

I usually prepare the recipe "steamed meatloaf", which is also a meat roll, but I do it in the varoma and so I take the opportunity to prepare some sauce to accompany it in the glass, I put some potatoes in the basket and vegetables around the roll in the varoma and a complete dish is made, all at the same time.
