We are going to prepare a plate of meat with sauce that you can serve on any specified date. The funny thing is that we will cook a piece of beef of approximately one kilo in our glass. In the video you will see that it is possible and that it is also very juicy.

The good thing about all this is that in the same glass we can crush the sauce that will be made up of vegetable broth, a little cava and apple, a lot apple.

Meat with cava and apple sauce

Ingredients

  • 90 g carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 50 g of celery
  • 80 g shallots
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 kilo of beef: shoulder or a similar piece
  • A little bit of salt
  • 120 g of cava
  • 600 g vegetable broth
  • 3 apples

Preparation

  1. We put the carrot, celery and shallots in the glass. We bite programming 5 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  2. We add the extra virgin olive oil. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  3. We salt the meat and put it in the glass, on the blades.

  4. We program 5 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  5. We turn the meat, carefully. Add the cava and continue cooking, this time without putting the cup, programming 5 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  6. We add 500 g of vegetable broth and program 45 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  7. When the time that we have programmed is about to end, we peel and chop the apples.

  8. We put the apples in the glass and also another 100 grams of broth. We program 40 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  9. We control the cooking and, if necessary, we program a few more minutes, with the same speed and temperature.

  10. We take the meat out of the glass and put it on a table.

  11. Now, if we want, we grind what will be our sauce. Be careful because a lot of quantity comes out. If we want, we can remove a little broth to obtain a lesser amount of sauce and make it thicker at the same time. Another option is not to crush it and serve it like this, with the cooked apple pieces.

  12. We cut the meat into slices and serve it with the sauce.

Notes

A lot of sauce comes out so we have several options: either remove a little of the broth before grinding it, or grinding it all and then letting it reduce or even reduce it without grinding, with the whole apple pieces.

Another possibility is to crush everything and serve it like that, as is. If we have leftover sauce we can freeze it and use it for any other meat.
