Ingredients

  • 500 minced pork
  • 2 slices of sliced ​​bread
  • 25g milk
  • 1 egg
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Oil to fry the meatballs

Walnut sauce

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 200 g of cream for cooking
  • 100 g of cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
  • 50g milk
  • 50 g of white wine
  • 200 g of chicken broth (or water + bouillon cube)
  • a teaspoon of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. Meatballs

    In the glass we add the sliced ​​bread, a good jet of milk, the egg and beat 10 seconds, progressive speed 5-7.

  2. Add the minced meat, salt, chopped parsley and program others 15 seconds, at speed 3 or until everything is integrated. We take out and reserve.

  3. We make the shape of the meatballs, pass through flour and fry in a pan with olive oil. We put them in the basket.

  4. Walnut sauce

    We put the walnuts and salt in the glass and pulverize 15 seconds, speed 10.

  5. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, place the basket and program 10 minutes, temperature 90º, speed 4. We taste the sauce and rectify the salt and pepper.

  6. Add the sauce and the meatballs to a pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. We serve directly in the pot.
