Today's meatballs they are cooked in the varoma, while we prepare the tomato sauce in the glass.

We will make them with beef, bread soaked in milk and some dry tomatoes, preserved in oil, which will give them a touch of flavor.

For the meatballs:

We put the parsley and garlic in the glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 10. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
Add the meat, the egg, the salt, the pepper and the bread (drained). We program 10 seconds, speed 5.
We paint the container and the varoma tray with oil. We form the meatballs with our hands and place them in the varoma container and also on the tray. We put the lid and reserve.
We now put the other clove of garlic and the onion in the glass. Schedule 5 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
Add the 30 g of oil and program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
Add the tomato and salt. We place the varoma in its position and program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
We carefully remove the varoma. We put the meatballs in a source. We cover them with the tomato sauce and we have our meatballs ready.
