This recipe is a classic that can not be missing in my house. I always have a tupper with these meatballs in the freezer for when I'm in a rush and haven't had time to prepare food to take to work the next day. You can make them from chicken, pork or beef. The ones I like the most are those with 50% pork and 50% beef.

Accompanied by rice or potatoes they are delicious. Of course, do not forget a piece of bread to dip well in the sauce?
